Oh, I'm glad they added that. I was about to invest in a home made out of cortosis and get some pet ysalimiri, but I guess I don't have to worry about it now.

I actually think this is kinda cool. Essentially, they're using popular fictional characters to help people understand mental illness and encourage them to seek treatment. There's nothing wrong with that - if more people sought treatment, we'd all be a lot better off.

Hey, man - not to pick a fight, but one of the biggest problems we have in health care is how taboo mental illness is. Anything that grabs people's attention and helps them to understand the issues (and encourages them to seek more information and treatment if needed) is likely a good thing.

That maybe true, but these are fictional characters who have no past or personality other than what a writer has written about them. A proper evaluation of a supposed mental illness is a waste of time. Those doctors should spend more time treating real people rather than fictional characters. Not trying to pick a fight either, but shit like that won't raise peoples' interest concerning the illness or seeking treatment.

Did any of my tax dollars pay for this drivel? People die of illness every day and they research the psyche of a ficional character thought up by a man who cannot quit rewriting the history of his own fiction?

No, that's why I put in the fact that it was French Psychiactrists who did it.
