I was just watching Star Trek III The Search For Spock. I noticed that one of the Klingon's happened to be Christopher Lloyd. I wanted to confirm my self with the fact and so I continued to watch the credits. I noticed that it said that Frank Welker was responsible for doing the screams for Spock. I'm guessing their referring to the screams Spock made while he was rapidly aging on the Genesis planet.

What other none-Transformers things did he do? Did he do any acting other than voice-acting? I think he also did KARR from Knight Rider as well. Or was that Peter Collen?

Peter Cullen voiced KARR in one episode of Knight Rider.

Frank Welker did a lot of voices. I know he voiced Freddy in the Scooby-Doo cartoons.

He also used to voice the pets on the Simpsons, before they realized that Dan Castellaneta was equally as proficient at it.

He also had recently had a live-action role in the Informant as Matt Damon's dad.

Yeah, Frank is pretty much awesome. If I were to voice act, I would love to have his versatility.

What else did he voice? Everything and everyone.

    Seriously.
If you hear any animal sound in a cartoon, or even any purposeful animal sound in live action, there's probably a good 95% chance it came from Frank Welker.

As for voices..here's what I can list off the top of my head: Megatron, Wheelie, Soundwave, Dr. Claw, Nibbler (speaking and animal sounds), Freddy, possibly Scooby and Shaggy in at least one of the incarnations, and...uh...I guess that's it. It's late, so maybe my trivial memory just isn't working that well right now. In any case, to say he's voiced a lot more than I've listed here would be an incredible understatement.

He's honestly one of my heroes. I have a good vocal range that I'd like to show off a bit more than I usually get the chance to (which is why I'm, slowly but surely, trying to get cast for some of the fan-series people here are making) and Frank Welker's my biggest inspiration in that regard.

I know he's in Independence Day voicing the aliens and he was in Godzilla doing alot of SFX. A grunt here, a groan there and almost all of the baby Godzilla sounds. Also Mario Bros. voicing the Goombas and Yoshi. And although the show sucks big time, I'm happy that Frank's voicing Garfield. He worked with Lorenzo Music on Ghostbusters and I thought it was very fitting that Welker was voicing the character.

I knew he had many voice-talents. But I wanted to know if he did any physical acting. I'll have to watch the Informant someday and catch Welker in the act.

He was also in the Computer Wore Tennis Shoes with Kurt Russell and Cesar Romero. He was just a kid, but it was awesome seeing Frank in the flesh.
