I didn't see that movie, but the clips I saw of the dance scenes looked as well choreographed as most action sequences I've seen.

as long as frank has the final say i dont see anything wrong with that choice. i mean you could have a famous diretor but who knows if he would even listen to frank. Zack Snyder only did one other big screen movie before 300 and we all know who good that movie was. so have faith in frank and the new guy.

I agree. David Fincher cut his teeth directing music videos for Madonna and George Michael; his first movie was Alien 3. He then went on to direct Se7en and Fight Club.

so who else think theyll deviate the plot so that its more simplistic?

seeing that the GN plot twist is a mindfuck.

He could prove me wrong, but it's not outrageous to be pessimistic.

I don't really care who directs what, I'm wondering why the hell they're making this story. It was confusing and all kinds of f*cked up. I don't think it'll go over well with movie-goers at all.

Sin City and 300 were incredibly awesome, don't get me wrong, but that doesn't mean everything Frank Miller does will be an instant box office smash.

Granted, but I also think it was his best work aside from his Batman stuff. It'll be a real treat for my brother and I if it's done right.

thats arguable considering millers work on daredevil/elektra is right up there with his batman work.

if anything ronin was, at its best, a piece of seminal work in terms of developing his own original character/story. hes produced better since.
