FPJ Protector-Damaged straight from the box

    Just received my Protector today and when I took it out of the box, I heard a rattle.

    Anybody else have this problem? I've already contacted BBTS for a replacement.

    That sucks. I'm getting mine tomorrow from BBTS and I pray its not broken. I hope you get a replacement for that....

    Sorry to hear it arrived broken. Mine arrived today, in perfect condition, no probs.
    Depends on the type of shipping you selected. I opted for USPS priority mail because I wanted mine to arrive before Christmas... But doesn't come with tracking number. Usually I have BBTS ship through UPS, which does come with tracking. What did your ship email say?

    my protector armor doesnt fit right on the left leg. it doesnt snap into place and just sort of falls off. i am dissapoint.

    Actually, Fansproject toys are superb. However, it is produced in China and the production QC may not be that tight.

    I remember that my Fanproject Ultra Magnus trailer has a serious stressmark on the plastic bar that serve to hold the back door.

    From where I came from last time, some sellers insist you to check the item on the spot upon Cash on Delivery, sometimes, it is not so convenient to check and transform in front of seller/in the shop where they are a lot of customer. The worst one is Binatch/alternity where you have no clue how to do it.

    I will always support the seller who can give 1 to 1 exchanged in the shop if the item is not expensive.

    I shipped using USPS priority mail and it was shipped monday so I should get it by tomorrow?

    That's odd, I selected USPS priority mail and got a Tracking # from TF source, you might want to check that out, since they may have shipped it some other way....

    Log into your BBTS account. Look for your shipment and click "View". There should be tracking info there.

    And it has already shipped. WOW!!! I'm glad that their standards are still as good when I 1st started using them a decade or so ago.

    Just received my replacement. BBTS sent an extra head as well! Now what to do with the old chest piece and head......

    Thats horrible to hear and see and glad it all worked out. My Explorer came damaged straight out of the box(wings were cracked) so I emailed BBTS customer support and they sent me a new Explorer. BBTS has superb Customer service so if you bought it from them just email them with the picture I am sure that they will send a replacement.

    I'm going to pass on that one ... BROKEN Transformers that come out of a new box really sucks the big one!
