Found the Deluxe and Voyager toys at K-Mart today, unfortunately they couldn't sell them because of the street date. Also some Spider-Man Homecoming toys were out, too, and I'll bet they also aren't supposed to be on the shelf until the end of the month.

 

saw the quick changers today at my "Kroger" brand store. in Utah.

hand small ones: hound, barricade and OP and had large "helmet" ones: grimlock, op and Bee.

 

Don't know if this is new, but I haven't seen anything about it. I saw these two guys on the shelf in a Delaware Toys R Us. Grimlock looks new, Barricade looks like Prime Smokescreen.

 

This is kinda cool

 

Grimlock is a repaint of Prime RID's Rippersnapper.

 

And it's the third time Rippersnapper has been redecoed into Grimlock!

2014 gave us both Age of Extinction Legion Class Grimlock (exclusive to Walmart in the US and to other stores in other markets) and "Transformers" "Classic" Legion Grimlock (in packaging mimicking the AOE packaging design, exclusive to "Dollar stores" in the US but general retail in other markets, re-released a year later in packaging now mimicking the Combiner Wars packaging design).

 

Hmmm the one in the Combiner Wars style package looks to have darker plastic, might need to stop by family dolla to check.

 

I think that's due to different lighting conditions. Note how the red "TRANSFORMERS" text on the packaging is very pale compared to the red on other figures' packaging.

 

I went back today and took pics of the 1 step and turbo changers.
