Construct a sign and place it in the location saying 'dropped cash found here. Yours? Please contact xxxx'. Then the first person who calls you and guesses the amount correctly and without hesitation when you ask them how much it was wins! There's a good chance it wasn't their's at all, but you have to admire their cheek and luck, so they deserve it. Then take a pic of you reuniting the cash with them and get a feelgood article about it in the local paper. Could become a local celebrity, and make a friend for life. Or might get robbed. One or the other.
