Here's One of Two Max's I will be posting this week. Inspired by Payton's amazing Masterpiece Fortress Maximus. This figure started as a Brave Max. He's been given articulation and a new paint job. He was thoroughly taken apart, painted, and put back together. He's now Fortress Maximus. His head does not transform, it's one solid cast and has been reshaped to allow movement.

    Articulation/Features:

    - Head is on a balljoint
    - Shoulders rotate 360 degrees
    - Arms swing outward
    - Elbow and bicep joint
    - Biceps rotate 360 degrees
    - Wrist rotation
    - Full Hip articulation
    - Knee articulation
    - Shoulder turrets
    - Arm ramps are on balljoints
    - BFG's

looks good. Doesn't look quite "complete" without articulated hands though.

Kind of disappointed that it's no longer a true Headmaster, but it looks absolutely fantastic nonetheless!

Just great! Would give it a ten if it had articulated hands, as is 9.5!

Aside from the bad knees, neck joint and hot mess base mode, it looks pretty good.

As much as I detest Fort Max seeing an articulated one nect to classics makes me half wish I'd kept mine and done something similar. I do agree with those saying articulated hands would have been awesome but I'm not sure how you would have done that as they'd have been huge.

    I doff my cap sir.

Robot looks good, but base mode - ouch. Base mode is far too compromised IMO.

Can't you transform the legs in base mode so they sit on the ground like normal but just a little farther away from the body as usual? That wouldn't look so bad and it should fix all the guns not being able to point the right way.

I lover Fort Max customs. He needs an update. That base mode looks kinda collapsing-y but the robot mode is slick.
