well for a toy that came out in 1987 and has had a 3 ko released going on 4, i think there might be a chance of a size matching ko out there. plus it never hurts to ask.

There are rumors which some members have heavily hinted as fact that Takara will be reissuing Fort Max in Japan in the next year or so.

May explain the huge exodus of FMs on eBay and the slightly lower than usual selling prices ... *shrug

    Before people get carried away.

Takara design staff said they would hope for a reissue.

This doesnt mean anything with regard to takara marketing staff or their costing process.

And if the price of the sixshot reissue is anything to go by, some will be priced out of the market.

Robotkingdom alluded to a reissue as well....yet plenty of people decry their claims wrt to takara prime exclusives...

Beyond that...TT aren't exactly going full tilt on std sized g1 reissues these days....they didn't reissue it for the 25th anniversary, and they are at least as cost conscious now as then.

I look at it this way. Take with a grain of salt but question why there is a Kabaya and Super Deformed release. Market testing through less financially risky ventures is a common marketing test. At the price point a reissue would be I am thinking Takara wants to make sure the demand is there before putting it into production.

I thought the picture was of the Kabaya version with the legend class figures at first, I reach a extreme high and low within milliseconds.

Erm no offence but it is pretty obvious that the colour of Brave Max speak all,is not the Kabaya version.

I thought you were only interested in scale, I only have Brave Max, sorry that I have disappointed you.

I think he is more disappointed that it is what he wants but the price isn't :)

I think he's still too small for legends myself. WST is perfect. I want monolithic, HUGE for a city. Not a city block. So I am still hoping they do a reissue because I love me some wst!

Fort Max works well enough as a playset but he's more like a very small house to Legends figures than any kind of city:

Let's see him with wst and micros instead! I would like to see that, as well as minicons with him.

While I do have some WST, Micromasters and MiniCons (although Armada Jolt is there on Max's helipad in my pic), I'm afraid those and my Fort Max are currently in storage. I just snagged an old photo off my hard drive.

It's possible though someone may have some photos of those you require in the 'All your base...' thread here in Toy Discussion. Or someone with all their figures to hand can oblige with a new picture. :)
