Ok I'm curious how do you tell the differance between an original Fort Max spike and a KO Fort Max spike?

You mean 'KO' rather than reissue...

    Ebay:
The rivets are supposedly different in the legs - I haven't put mine together to see, but that's what I heard.

Well reason i'm asking is now that i'm seeing pics of the KO want to make sure the one i'm selling is not a KO but the real deal(bought it from a buyer on eBay who does have lots of excellant feedback).

I thought that was a KO itself? Unless there was an official one and then that got KO'd? Now I'm confusing myself!

I think the headmaster box set is a KO product, which is why I'm asking about what it looks like.

The KOs don't have the trademark/copyright info on them.

It's a KO, not a reissue, albeit a damn good quality.

IIRC there's something with the rivets, the face is a bit less defined too.

I don't think Spike ever had any mate. The rare JP Headmasters did, not Zarak or Spike though (this is from memory so I could be wrong!)

or am I wrong? I need to know because I'm about to accuse a seller of wrong doing and such, and before I go to eBay about this I want to make sure.

This one is legit. Check out the application of yellow paint on the eyes. It is a thick coat and not sloppy. Also two sculptual differences are. In Head mode, The Reissue's mouth is parted. And where the pentagon shapes are on Spikes Chest are. The original's top line of the pentagon on his chest slant inward down. On the reissue The line goes straight across. I have a "reissue and a real one. I would say this is a real one 100%.
