As you can see from the image. The finger of my prime is separated from its hand. The finger should be intact to the hand ?

Or the set I bought have QC problem ?

It looks like it wasn't screwed together all the way.

just checked on mine. It's just where the seam is. You can screw it together more tightly or leave it that way.

    NOT broken. NOT articulated.

It's just that one half of the fingers is affixed on the palm [one big part] and the other half of the fingers is a second part screwed on the first. Like a gundam model if you will.

If you take him out of the box the finger is not going to fall off because it's one piece with the other three fingers below it. From what I can tell, the gun was squeezed at a tricky angle and caused the seams to come out a bit.

I just got mine today and believe it or not my came the same way but its not that bad so I'm not going to bother with it really. At first I thought his hand opened up. Just to let everyone know yes buy this Prime if you can because he is absolutely positively amazing. Best Optimus from the movie line ever.

Looking at this from another angle...

Does this mean I can just loosen up the crew on my ROTF leader hand to give him a wider grip?

Well I guess that's exactly what it means.
