It was one of those color sheet things, if I remember correctly.

Anyways to answer further questions about how his robot mode looks-- take G1 Jazz. Give him better proportions and more modern articulation. That's Generations Jazz. He's barely been changed at all from his original design, sorta like Classics Starscream.

 

I heard his alt mode was more like a cross between modern and 80's Porsches, not the Solstice.

EDIT: By "heard," I mean I was told so by a friend who attended BotCon.

 

Ha! I can sympathize. I bought an MP Prime just for the Megatron gun for MP Starscream.

 

Oh, and can anyone describe the upcoming Tracks? Especially as regards the potential for Wheeljack repaint. Wheeljack ain't no Corvette Stingray, but Tracks better be.

 

Tracks and Jazz? Woohoo... damn, I always wanted them as a kid. Maybe I get them now...

Tracks is definitely supposed to be a Stingray. You know, one of those "close enough" versions that doesn't infringe on the real car.

It's way too Stingray-esque to be Wheeljack, in fact.

I'm pretty sure that's the real thing. I've run many searches looking for a model kit of Wheeljack's original alt mode and this pic kept popping up.
