Typically at a regular movie theater I get two orders of nachos and the biggest soda cup to use on their Coke Freestyle machines. Unlimited refills. Yum. Sometimes I'll add either some Bunch Crunch or a box of Skittles. My wife likes to get the biggest popcorn and biggest soda.

Now at the Tampa Picture Show we go crazy since it's one of those dinner and a movie places. Extra large pepperoni pizza, two pitchers of soda (I want to know their mix ratio as it's the sweetest and most awesome I've ever had), a plate of nachos (there's only one size and it's as big as their extra large pizza), an order of hot wings and an order of cheese sticks. We usually end up with to go boxes after the film.

Seeing as going out to watch films when they're still in the thater is a special occasion for us that has been planned well in advance so my mom or her mom can watch our daughters... we don't mind splurging. If we went regularly like some I'd probably be more thrifty.

 

M&Ms and Popcorn.  

 

Usually my gf and I sneak in a snack, but sometimes I'll get a pretzel or popcorn. The theaters we usually go to serve local beer, so that's what I typically get

 

Depends on what I'm feeling. I don't get Popcorn as much as I used to. I prefer a nice sugar candy with a soda to complement, or just an ICEE.

 

Popcorn.

Where do you get a warm meal like an hot dog or hamburger at the cinema? I would not like that, I have to wash hands after that.

 

I bring snacks from home. Its cheaper!

 

Nothing. I don't eat snacks at theater. Too expensive.

 

I never eat or drink during a movie. Just makes me need the bathroom before it's over. As it stands I can barely hold out for a whole movie.

 

Have the same problem since a few years. It helps drinking drinks without caffein and non sparkling drinks.

 

I have to have popcorn at the theater. For candy, we usually stop at Target first because it's way cheaper and just sneak it in.

 

Nachos.

 

the usual stuff.. a hefty bag full of popcorn and a 5 gallon bucket of diet rite

 

Bored...AND...wide awake...thinking about popcorn...suppose I'll find something on Crackle, Netflix or Amazon to watch with...

The prices of my favorite candies at theaters are a d-d-d-d-d-deal breaker!

But most of the time I get a large cherry coke and a large bucket of popcorn.

 

Usually a coke zero and popcorn.

We don't have many food options around here. The Regal cinemas have a few food-ish options, but it's mostly snacks and I really don't feel like paying ~$10 for a microwave mini-pizza or a crappy hotdog.

 

I very seldom buy any snacks at the theater and they charge high prices for them. I have been known to sneak candy inside.
