So.... This thread is for guessing what bonus you get from preordering fall of cybertron. We all know it's probably a character or something, but do you have any ideas on what character(s)?
Probably character parts for Multiplayer or access to a fully upgraded weapon from the get go for single player... or hell, a unique weapon that won't be available to anyone until the DLC releases.
Probably either a new multiplayer/escalation map, multiplayer weapon, character parts, or hopefully all of them in one, which is not as likely.
Just remember this time. Go for the most unpopular pre-order bonus and sell it before the DLC pack containing all the bonuses is revealed. Still kicking myself for not selling my Demolisher code when they were selling for around $100. I'm personally hoping for characters/parts as a bonus. Thats all thats stopping me putting a pre-order down, just waiting to see which is best.
It seems strange by putting this down. But a month and a half ago my better half "I'm married"decided to use my dell account to purchase the kinect bundle. she only mentioned it twice along with some fitness games so I told her about the war for cybertron game not being compatible with anything we previousely had. So $20 usd's wasn't bad for a used game on amazon .too bad we have no home phonelineto enjoy the live community.I must say that after playing the game I didn't waste time putting down a reserve for the next one.it was just too bad I didn't jump on the party wagon when everyone else did with the downloadable content for this game.
A bonus character for multiplayer? like Arcee or Hot Rod....possibly Wheeljack I would love a DLC Story Mission
This^^. I was hoping High Moon would reveal co-op missions, which are only for online play (like Portal 2). Also, someone who was shown the game said they saw Wheeljack-ish parts in MP already, it's not like we're getting full character chassis anyway.
Fingers crossed for extra characters for use in multi-player just like for WFC. Missed out on those since I played on the game on my PC.
I'm not sure (I'm at least hoping all the characters from the first game like the fembots are in it from the start), but I hope it's revealed soon. It's the only thing preventing me from making a pre-order.
No is has yet to be confirmed as playable. But we saw him in a poster at High Moon studios during the 1st Gameinformer cover media blitz and he was seen by a member of the media in a video showing multiplayer custom creation.
Beyond playable characters and DLC, I'd like to see an ultimate set with a figure or statue like what was done for Halo Reach and GOW3.
Any news on a collector's edition? I mean the people this game is aimed at is collectors, seems like it would just make sense for it to have a collector's edition.
Grr. I got a Gamestop trade-in card just aching to see if it's going to be used for this game, or if Best Buy will have a better exclusive for my tastes.
I wanna see a frickin collector's edition more than I wanna see a pre-order bonus. Give us something like The Ark Edition, Iacon Edition, Prime/Matrix Edition, anything. Pack it full of collectible goodies, DLC cards, a few hundred paged art/concept art book, dual wall plaques with light up con and bot symbols and an epic statue depicting optimus prime standing ready on a base made of dead decepticons, the statue could plug into the wall and optimus could light up like he does in the game. Total nerdgasm, want now.
