Holidays are going to always be a no go for me. While you guys are off partying with friens and family, I'll be stuck at work since those in the culinary field NEVER get holidays off. *cries*

 

Our god hast forsaken us.

 

Been there before. I was a cook at sloppy joes and I had to work every single weekend. That's the cool thing about working for a large corporation, no weekends!

 

Well I'll probably wont be able to go now. Just found a spacious apartment, we'll be moving in on the 31st of this month. It'll probably take all weekend to get settled. Not sure though yet.

 

Maybe a different weekend, then, since some don't seem able to make it?

Well what about the weekend after? I could do the 2nd- Sunday, or the next friday saturday.

But me and few other members from here are currently working together to get our own TF Florida based Con up and running.

Saturdays are fine, it's just the time that might be a problem. Once I know my schedule, I'll be able to work myself in.

Well I cant make it on the 1st of September (moving) and neither the next week because I'm going on a cruise. I hope if it does happen, it goes very well.

 

New idea for a meet-up: let's find where the movie will be playing in IMAX, and then go see it together some afternoon, maybe doing lunch beforehand or dinner afterwards.
