Seriously ^ I'd be more worried about what living with 12 cats must be doing to your health. Just 3 cats indoors is getting in to disgusting territory.

Sorry dude, I wasnt trying to lecture you about hoe to get rid of fleas. My point is that I actually left my Revoltech figures out in the fog and they turned out fine, so you should be in the clear I suppose. Still, if you have over a dozen animals, fleas are always going to be a problem unless you get the meds. I say thst because the problem will rise again and you'll have to bomb over and over again... which will EVENTUALLY becontaminate your figures pretty badly.

Need to get rid of that menagerie that's why we build houses to keep animals outside and our plastic toys inside.

Put the rug in the wash, and then take Dr. Prime's advice. Of course the pest control guy's gonna tell you to bomb. Your vet will give you the true solution. Alot of those pesticides are nasty, and gimmicky - they flat out don't work. If you want to protect your Transformers and other stuff, don't do useless things like bombs.

probably should... *sigh* but ya, 12. One is someone we're cat-sitting, the rest were rescue or kittens from the cats that were rescued

it does seem to be getting much, both litters were within the last year.

Oh its fine-we actually usually dont have flea issues, the cats being indoor cats. Camping trip, think they came in on the clothes. But yeah, bombing was a last resort

HA i probably didnt word that right. Ravage is our little black cat who has no tail. she's a pain in the ass though, fights with the sweet cats... if cats go, sadly she'd probably be one of them.

    :D  love that

Not what the pest control guy said-it was a full on outbreak that seemed to escalate in 2 days from one or two to YOU ARE COVERED IF YOU ENTER THE BASEMENT where the animals arent allowed. the animals didnt have fleas, my brother and i did lol. as for the rug, its glued to the floor. the whole thing is carpeted.

For future ref my attack plan with fleas has been:

salt the carpets (dries eggs out I think or cuts fleas? can't remember). mothballs in each corner , wait a week...vaccum and repeat for one more week. No more fleas. Research also showed me, when I had an issue, that borox is great for killing the buggers. Of course none of this matters if you have outdoor pets that come indoors.

BTW many pest control guys work on commission so they double as salesmen.
