    question:
if a TF box is NOT glued or held tape, is it wise to fold it and ship in a envelope?
    or leave as is?
envelope would be cheaper than shipping in a box.
should this be left up to the buyer?

With boxes, I.e: G1 Boxes, some sellers flatten them to stop them being destroyed during transit, others its not really worth the hassle of unfolding it all.

But with Carded figures, never bend the card to ship in a smaller/easier package.

I bought a MOSC BW Waspinator about a year ago, seller charged £5 for shipping, and it turned out he'd spent about £1.20-something, and folded the card so it was easier to wrap, tore the card nearly in half, needless to say, a refund was claimed.

Best advice: Leave it up to the Buyer.
