Hi guys some of you have probably seen/read:

    DOWNLOAD DEMO-V1: http://rapidshare.com/files/454356515/TCC2.0-DEMO.exe

A few Screenshots wouldn't really do it justice...
but I need a free Webspace where I can live-TEST :popcorn
(does anyone have a ftp or some sort which he/she could borrow?)

Since I haven't used external images, the .FLA file itself already contains 5mb of just 8 embedded images

So 8 pics for 2 figures... ALT / BOT / HENKEI / CLASSICS
this is gonna be an incredibly labor heavy job :drunk

    UPDATE-V2:
    -added Trailbreaker77's 5x Highquality screen
(if you zoom you'll be amazed by his work!!)
    -added extra buttons to mainmenu
(choose HENKEI, it will convert current onscreen items. If NO HENKEI version is available that item remains unchanged)

UPDATE-V0.3 (changed version number, this makes more sense right?)
    -added RATCHETS (Universe/Henkei)
-changed mold-version's select operations into a more official chart look
(if you hover above the NR of the bot, you'll see it's current version)
-changed mold-version's select design into a more official chart look
(around the NR. Classics show a white symbol / Henkei Yellow / Universe Light Blue / United Silver / Generations Black)
    PROBLEM1 (need help!):
As you can see in picture 4 when I click on Optimus it Enlarges but shows all other items on top of him. In this particular case I can easily transfer Optimus onto a higher placed layer, but this only works as a workaround for Optimus & Megatron, this will not work for some BOTS in the future (say for example bots who will remain central. So I'd rather find a solution now that have to change everything at a later stage :(  Any ideas?
PROBLEM2 (please respond): I've had 2 offer for webspace, but haven't heard from them   (I really need a TEST-SPACE quick so I can let some of you guys field test!)

Very cool. A different catalog style for each year, like the originals, would be cool though I suppose the later years wouldn't have as much represented.

thxn, no problem you can make them like childplay when this is done...
I know lots of characters are not done yet...
but we could solve it temporarily in 2 ways:
    1. have a gray silhouette of the original G1 toy
    2. find the best custom that represents the look of the missing figure

    thnx!

Terrific stuff man! :bay  Shows a lotta love and dedication, the fandom appreciates it!

For the missing figures you do a sillhouette + "Coming Soon!" tag (whether or not we know one is in the pipeline :lol ), just like some of the 1988 catalogues:
Botch the Crab - Transformers Catalogs: 1988 Catalog - Side A
Botch the Crab - Transformers Catalogs: 1988 Catalog - Side B

I'd like it better without that horrible outdated acronym :)

I think it's incredibly awesome. Maybe when it's done, TFW will host it as one of their resources?

So how are you going to work in Henkei/United versions? As in Megatron?

Port this as an iPad app! I've wanted to make an interactive checklist for the iPad for awhile.

Wow--TOTALLY love this idea. I truly hope you finish it (for as many "classic" figures that ever get made)

While he's at it, make it Droid compatible too. Some of us prefer the Xoom.

    where?

yeah why not, will shoot SQ7 a pm (since I don't know who else to ask)

No problems... I will add every version available for a given mold!
for example BB has 4 classics/henkei/rts/united.. you can choose all 4 :D

hahah yeah flash and Ipad's don't go so well right :D
sorry to hear but when it's done I'll see if there are conversion tools ;)

that's what we're aiming for :p  yeah it's tweening at the momemnt
I use actionscript to let movieclips function as buttons for animation etc.
but you are right I'de probably need to investigate a efficient way ;)

yeah finishing will be done that's a guarantee! thnx

I'll see what conversion option there are once it done! :)

I think its great that you are combining a love for transformers and having fun improving your programming/design skills at the same time. No computer programs are ever perfect the first time round and there will always be room for improvement once you have gotten the first version out :)

If you still need server space I could give you access to my webhost ftp if you want.

That's great work man, I really want to see this finished up, it'll be invaluable and I second the droid version too if possible when it comes time.
