I recently noticed that Flame Toys, the company making the amazing looking non-transformable IDW Drift, have teased that their next project will be none other than the DJD leader himself!

    Wait, they do non-transforming figures?

And they're going to do one...of the guy addicted to transforming.

The irony alone might be worth getting this guy for.

To be fair, Roberts forgot his addiction in Season Two as well. I'm pretty sure he didn't transform once the entire time.

And I'll definitely be buying this anyway!

    TARN! :O
Depending on price and how one goes about getting these I may get this
    Their drift looks pretty decent
    It's a shame it won't transform
    Though
But still. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how this turns out

He did transform at least once in season two. In a continuity where Transformers are rarely seen transforming these last years i guess that could be seen as excessive :p

I am so fucking on board it's not even funny.

I hope they eventually do a Don Optimus and bomber Megatron (or a MTMTE Megatron)

Wh...why are his proportions so off? His legs seem small while his gun is enormous

I think it's all down to Chemical Attack's insane, anime-esque styling, which I personally enjoy a lot, but I'll admit the cannon is especially ridiculous here.

I don't think chemical attack designed this.

You may be correct! They designed Flame Toys' Drift so I simply assumed they're also designing Tarn. :)

Definitely looks like a cool take on an awesome character design. I'll agree that the twin fusion cannons do cross a threshold into being overly huge but apart from that I think the lineart looks neat so far. I hope we hear about the design team like we did with Drift, because if Chemical Attack is involved with this figure too then I'll be seriously interested.

Pass. MMC already did one that not only looks more comic accurate, but also transforms.

They didn't design drift either. They're only doing the engineering part.
