Has anyone made a fix for it?
I mean the titanmaster's head itself wobbling around inside the port, not the ball joint being loose.

I used some of the transparent plastic from the box, cut it to fit into the side of the neck connector, and popped it in.
It tightens it substantially, though there's always the chance that it can OVER-tighten the connector,
in which case you can simply plug the head in with the titan master's head turned sideways.
I did this with my doublecross, but it should work on Hot Rod as well.

I put a dab of glue in the hole in back of the little guys head on most of the heads, it dries and makes a nice little nub that helps hold the head tight.
