The tips of his flip out cannons keep flying off into the distance.
is there something (avoiding epoxy or super glue type stuff) i could use to keep them on?

Like something that dries clear but is tacky enough to cling to the plastic parts?

    thanks.

I have Henkie Jetfire which is the same mold. The canons tips should not come off, they are very tight and hard to take off.

Try applying some clear nail polish to the pegs that the tips slide onto. Let it dry, then put the tips back on. You'll have a tighter fit with a lot more friction, so you shouldn't have the problem anymore.

Neither my Jetfire nor my Treadbolt (or my brother's for that matter) have this problem.

I thought i had read about using nail polish, but i didn't want to do anything until positive.

1rst time i transformed this guy outta the box, one of the tips went airborne (possibly orbital) and i spent a long time looking for it.

i found it, and put it back, but still, they are a bit loose.

thanks so much for the tip- so to speak- Switchblade!

My Treadbolt hasnt had this issue. But clear nailpolish sounds like the solution. I've used it many times on different figures with good results.

No problem. I've used the nail polish trick many times for toys with loose joints or tabs that wouldn't hold (one of the wing-ish bits on my Movie leader class Optimus Prime's backpack kept popping off of its tab until I added some nail polish).
