I have always wanted a real Fansproject Commander Armor (preferably City Commander) and I could probably afford one if college text books weren't so DAMN EXPENSIVE. But i have found that for the price one Shadow Commander I could get all three KO versions (i had to haggle for it, but still).

So to the point of this thread, which will be dedicated to fixing and improving the KO Commander Armors in anyway possible, so if anybody has any suggestions, please post them!

Here is how to fix the loose arms and shoulder pieces:

You're going to need the following:

    Styrene sheet (avoid thick ones)

    Super glue

place a small piece near the edges, but don't cover the area where the chest piece tabs in in trailer mode

also give the piece a small slope, this will make inserting the arms easier

you want the result to look like this

    and this

now for the shoulders, be sure the styrene doesn't go off the edges

make sure you put them on the front part, the back part has a nub that clicks in at spot where the shoulder's screw goes in

Here is a video of the end result (its not very good, I shot it with my phone)

EDIT: WHY THE MISSILES DON'T FIT, AND TIPS ON HOW TO FIX THEM

What we need to understand about the missile pods that come with KO DIA Commander is that the supposedly 5mm posts on them are not actually 5mm.

What was that? How is this possible? Look at these:

    AND

Do what you need to do is either:

Thicken the posts with Krazy glue (or whatever else you use in this situation)

    OR

Do what i did, change the posts

    OR

    OR MAYBE MAKE YOUR OWN

The holes on the shoulders can be inserted with any 5mm post. These missile launcher were made from Generations Thundercracker missile launchers

I've done this using a cut up credit card instead of styrene.

Whatever has the thickness of a credit card would be the correct size

I have discovered that the holes the shoulders can be used to mount weapons with 5mm posts. The problem with the cannons is the posts on them. Ive changed the posts to use them with my KO City Commander and they hold perfectly

Change the posts, thicken them if neccesary
