Great questions!

(1) ROTF Lockdown... he makes a great Classics Lockdown for my collection.

(2) G1 Predaking hands-down... but G1 Devastator is creeping up there as a close second for me with the CrazyDevy upgrades.

(3) If we're stretching the "dinobot" category to include all dino-TFs, I'm with the guy who said TM Megatron (got the Takara version; no GPS!)... if not, then I still have a soft spot for G1 Slag because I love them Triceratops, I like both of his modes, & his character bio makes him even more interesting.

(4) I guess Shattered Glass Jazz (as my Classics stand-in), but truthfully, I haven't been satisfied with any of the Jazzes that I own.

(5) Actual leader class: 7 (Buster Prime, Cyb Megs, Cyb Prime, Energon Megs, 07 Movie Megs, TFA Bulkhead, TFA Megs)... I'd also throw in Optimal Optimus & G2 Megs, just because of their size/mass.

(2) The RotF repaint of Bruticus Maximus.

(4) Alt "Meister". If the figure has to be actually named Jazz, then probably the Animated version.

A G1 Bomb-Burst junker from eBay.

It's a toss-up between Predaking and Computron. Landcross and Piranacon come pretty close.

TFA Swoop, but that's because I haven't owned very many Dinobots outside of Grimlock.

Well, I did own a TFA Jazz up until a few months ago. It was probably my favorite one other than the G2 version I had as a kid. I also had a TFTM Jazz G1 repaint, which was pretty sweet.

Ultimately, I think the best Jazz toy I own will be the one I make.

None. I sold all of my Movie and Animated Leaders off recently, unless you want to count MP Grimlock and the seekers as part of the leader class.....
