God damn Pneumonia! First Leslie Nielsen, now Jack LaLanne.:(

I think the best way we can honor Jack is to do what he lived for, being active and living healthy. I'm sure we could all benefit from it.

Damn, spent his entire life living healthy and fit then pneumonia comes along and takes his life away. That picture of him in the second article makes him look like 56 rather than 96. I bet he could have probably lived for another 15 years, or hell even 25.

    R.I.P. Jack :(

Aww dude, no way man. I had to have seen, and occasionally still watch, hours of his infomercials. RIP my friend.

Umm, he was 96. Humans, as a rule, do not live much longer than that...ever.

But the man made fitness just a part of his lifestyle. No crazy diets, no huge amounts of supplements, no big sacrifices, just healthy living and fun.

    And obviously, it paid off.
