    So, what are those foot pieces on him? pieces to stabilize the ankles during transformation?
    I really don't mind the missing swords... the way they were originally integrated made them look fairly dumb when stored and if you removed them you were left with gaps. Would not mind a Buster Prime style repaint of this dude.

    Pause. Notice his tanks in the unboxed, still-in-plastic packaging picture. They still combine into the buster prime gun.

    I am very on the fence about this guy. On one hand it's a lot of money, but at the same time the jetpack looks excellent and it has the Buster Prime version of the gas tanks!

    Sadly you may be right, unless Hasbro decides to dusts off the $60 price point for this guy.

    If we do see this in the US it won't be until 2012, well after the Ultimate Prime has been released... or perhaps a Black Friday exclusive to TRU/Walmart/Target?

    Looks good wish it had more paint. Will wait to see how DA28 DX Optimus looks and to see if it has different weapons

    I wonder if it would be possible for someone to copy those feet stabilizers so people can use them on the older Optimus as it would really help with the stability of ROTF Optimus who can be a little back heavy.

    STL says that batteries weren't installed inside the figure like other leaders, so he hasn't had the chance to see if it retains the electronics.

    But given the fact, until now, we haven't had any clear images of this figure or the the design of the DOTM modified Optimus Prime and his jetpack, customs would end up being quite inaccurate.

    THis is kinda awesome looking. Though, i'm not sure i can afford import prices. Darn you hasbro for giving us Fairy-Prime here in the US instead of this!

    STL has confirmed that Jetwing Prime retains Buster Optimus Prime's electronics, the instructions are in english with explanations, and the packaging classes him as a Supreme class toy.
