What was the first movie that you remember watching as a kid? The first movie that I remember watching when I was little was Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. It just captured my imagination with the creativity of its universe and the diverse characters in it. The first movie I remember seeing in the movie theater didn't come until like a two or three years after that with Star Wars Episode 2: Attack of the Clones.

First movie I ever saw, I think it was Toy Story on VHS. First movie I ever saw in theaters, Star Wars: The Original Trilogy when it was rereleased in '97.

To the OP if that is the first movie you remember seeing you are far too young, lol

I would say E.T., maybe one of the muppet movies or Annie.

That's another one of my first movies, though I didn't see it in the theater, I saw it at a mate's place.

Same here that's the one main movie I can still remember details of seeing on the day that it came out. I was a Godzilla fan when I was little though so I'm pretty sure I had seen some other godzilla movies by then but I can't remember which ones.
