Seems like Optimas got a few a changes with some details but more or less is pretty much the same as he was in the previous film.

 

We need a HD resolution of optimus prime the last knight

 

The figure looks a lot better in those images, a lot more paint than the previous picture.

We need a HD resolution image of that new CGI picture.

 

Oooooh I hope they release these renders for all the characters

 

As much as some people dislike the design I think that it looks awesome. Just not as much when you remember that it is supposed to turn into a semi truck. The figure is looking good as well considering it is (presumably) a voyager class figure.

 

From the looks of it the legs seem to have the truck wheels on their backs similar to how AOE Galvatron did the wheels and the two side halves of the front part of the truck fold down thus giving him more of a clean look. Gotta say I'm really digging how they've managed to make the kibble not as much as last time. He looks to be a Voyager as well which I'm happy since now I can finally display him with the AOE/TLK Autobots in proper scale as opposed to using the AOE Leader mold.

 

DAT RENDER!!!! Oh man that's a great one.

Hate this representation. They just don't look like transformers any more.

I was sad earlier today, but now I'm happy.

 

I wish he had more truck parts in his design. I like the knight look just fine, but you can have a knight look with truck kibble at the same time. Especially since his alt mode is so curvy and smooth, I feel like you could get some natural armour shapes out of it.

 

Yeah he doesn't even have tires.

 

can anyone spot any differences between the tlk and the aoe versions !?

the only thing I spot is that I dont think he had golden pieces in aoe ... but I could be wrong

 

To me, the big failing with the design is the tires. He's got 6 tires an none of them are visible.

 

Still too humanoid for me to really get a shine for this. Too much was put into removing obvious kibble like the wheels in robot mode to make it feel like this is what transformers should ever be.
