Perhaps this will assist in giving the Seekers definite personalities and histories- a criticism often leveled at the fans who wished for more seekers in Classics 2.0.

Of course, that's a debate for another thread..

Geez, is Ramjet pissed off or what! :D

THIS is what a sadomasochistic thug looks like when he doesn't get his toast.

Wow, slick cover. I like how they resolved that unpainted piece above his face. Looks to be another good spotlight. Speaking of toast...

The ol' Decepticon Headbanger is back in town... I do like these spotlight comics. Brings back so much interesting stuff about the G1 series.

I have to admit that I was skeptical about these Spotlights when they were initially announced; I'm not big on one-shot stories normally. But they've won me over every single time. Even the weaker stories are still strong in their own right.

I still say the Kup spotlight is one of the best TF comics (both due to writing and artwork) that I've read in years.

This will be the 10th, effectively completing 'Volume 2' in TPB form.

As for the next five Spotlights, Furman hinted at two on his blog just recently.

Based on the hints, one is Grimlock (with 99.9% certainty) and another is a revamped movie character (Wheelie maybe?)

Its nice that finally a Non Furman favorite is getting a spotlight. I hope this starts a new trend in the spotlights.

Wish I could still afford the TF comics but $4 a pop is just too much money for a floppy comic.

Never thought I'd see the day where the price of comics would slowly start forcing me out of the hobby (of which I have been a part of for over twenty years). Back at the beginning of the year I was probably ready about 20 books a month. It's now dropped to around 8.

Cartoon dud characters can be well written, rounded badasses in the comics. Shockwave would like a word with you. Hopefully Ramjet isn't ridden by Rumble, jousting against Spike in this.

I have yet to see a medium where the cone head design doesn't look ******ed.

Actually, @ BC, they stated that Furman is working on a Wheelie Spotlight - and I was in the front row - didn't look like they were kidding, apparently Furman really likes Wheelie.

My wife and I were in the front row too, (right in front of the stage, too) and when they mentioned it (along with the Arcee one), they acted like they weren't supposed to say anything. Now at the IDW forums, Chris Ryall is being dodgy about it. I can understand not wanting to get people's hopes up for something that may or may not end up happening...

Ramjet. Sounds interesting. I've been a big fan of the spotlights so far. Definently going to pick up the TPB of this set sense I prefer to buy TPBs over the actual comics.
