Isn't Blackout supposed to have that big ass circle for the rotor blades right behind his head?

Forget what the face or hands look like, what about the other defining qualities of Blackout?

You are absolutely right. Blackout's head looks a little bit lower on his body due to the blades on his back. Here are some pics for comparison.

The con in question looks more like the con getting shot in the desert (last pic i provided)

I think he resembles Sideways.

I don't think that is Sideways, as we've seen with the new Robot Heros that Sideways has a much different head. Plus, this head is IDENTICAL to Blackout's, but the rest of the body does not match up. Could be a random 'con tho, and you aren't meant to associate it with Blackout. I dunno, but definitely not Soundwave or Sideways.

 

I don't know what it is, but it reminds me of Old Man Winter.

 

I don't think it's Blackout, this design doesn't appear to have the large vehicle parts around his neck and shoulders that Blackout has.

 

Honestly, this is a perfect example how you cant tell one Bayformers from another.

Or maybe it's because it's a quick, artifacted screencap of a decepticons face. I'm thinking it's either Blackout torn to shit or a random Protoform with Blackouts head put in there to avoid having to create a new model.

 

Majority of the people on that blog is saying it is not Soundwave. But me, I don't know yet.
