thought people already said that matched Blackouts head.

 

You can kinda see his solar panels on his back. Could be Soundwave.

 

Its Sideways.

Agreed, Its the same face on Sideway's packaging.

 

I think its safe to say it isn't Sideways.

I'm leaning more towards Blackout, the eyes, shape of the mouth, etc resembles him.

 

The head is a perfect match to Blackout from the first film. I still can't believe people are calling it Sideways.

 

Whoever that is, he isn't Soundwave.

 

I think it is Blackout or Sideways but it could be Soundwave. The shape of the head looks a bit like Sideways but I don't think it is Soundwave.

the head is very similar to blackout, however he has different hands.

there are two identical robots shown in the trailer, being blown to bits in the final battle in egypt. they have the same head as this closeup, and also have matching hands too. they are clearly protoforms, one of them is carrying a big minigun which he drops when he is shot.

Also, the rest of the news there has already been reported.

 

Thats the same robot from the clip in the trailer that gets blown away (next to the pillar in the desert) theyre cannon-foder decepticons; if anything other than that, its definitely blackout because the faces are almost identical

 

I don't think it's Soundwave or Sideways. Although the head looks like Blackout. Maybe it's after he encounters Optimus as in the trailer he's missing an arm.

Didn't we just set some people straight on this a couple days ago? It's not Sideways people. Sideways doesn't have a face like Blackout. It's either Blackout, or one of the protoform Decepticons that get shot late in the trailer. You can see them right after the MNazda 3 goes flying with Sam trying to climb up inside.

 

Blackout.

 

Blackout has completely different hands. watch the first scene of the first movie when he grabs the server through the roof.. of during the last battle when he sees the laser targeting on his hand. I would have post the screens but my harddrive capped 

 

Put me in the Blackout club. Crest above the eyes looks the same.
