And a lot of tracks by the original artists rather than the house cover band.

Good list, but more Zombie, please.

Black Sunshine could make it in a T rated game easily.

I love almost every song on this list so far, but I am particularly impressed by the choice of My Name is Jonas and Cherub Rock. Both Weezer and the Smashing Pumpkins had songs that were much bigger hits than those, and yet those two songs are PERFECT for Guitar Hero. Well done.

Wow! I know most of these songs. I enjoy GH2, but by the time I got to the tracks near the end, there was a bunch of 'who?' and 'why that song?' I thought they could come up with better 'guitar heroes' than the Rev. Horton Heat and Suicidal Tendencies. Seemed to me like someone lsitened to too much alternative radio in the early 90s, and wanted to stick it in the game.

Of course, there's always the chance that my opinion isn't as informed as others. But AC/DC, Metallica, and a host of other bands should have been included before 'Psychobilly Freakout.' Sabotage FTW!

Edit: didn't notice 'The Metal.' Wow...that's awesome.

    -Tony!
