I know these are bad but at the time i was real proud of them...Well i still am.
But when i get a bit better ill have to redo them completely.
optimus was my very first (as you can tell)
i found someone modeling him on another forum a while ago so i followed what he was doing. When he posted a statue he was following i finished with that.
I just got a mp-01 so ill try that later on.

Megs was my second..just found a bunch of pics,And copied what i liked

screamer was 3rd and followed megs way.

dont be too harsh they will be fixed :poop

They look pretty good for your first models.

A lot of people can't even model like that with several months of traing. Saw many people like that in college, couldn't model a pipe, let alone a full character.

Keep practicing, you'll improve in no time.

Just remember this: Don't think in terms of what you can or can't do, think of what you WANT to do, you will find a way to do it.

Not bad at all! That Megatron is particularly impressive.

Proportions are a bit off, but not as far as many first time TF modellers (I know: my first TF looked hideious!) It's just a question of tweaking an fine tuning till you're happy.

    Keep up the good work!

These look great for first models. You've come a long way from this to your Grimlock model. Keep modelling, you'll get better and better with each new model. :)

For proportions, I would strongly reference a human's proportions for the robot mode, and then using pics of the vehicle he or she's based on to get correct info for the vehicle mode. After that, it's pretty much tweaking.

One note about the joints that I notice most early modelers have (including myself), round gears don't the job of creating a fully articulated elbow, because you get substantial mesh clipping. At most, one might be able to achieve 90 degree rotation before getting mesh collision. A way to rectify this problem would be to reference the higher quality Gundam model kits in the way their engineers go about solving the articulation issues common to the knees and elbows.

Again, good job for your early attempts at TF modeling. I know that they are better than mine . ^^

Yah, as first models they are pretty darn good. Especially the texturing.
