Dudes, the new Revoltech figures are produced by Custom Robots, and can be ordered through Cybergeeks Alliance in Hong Kong.

Well, this has truly been a record-setting week for the third-party scene -- Perfect Effect's "The Warden" Fortress Maximus, FansProject's "Diesel" Motormaster, Unique Toys "Maniaking" Galvatron, Transformazing Toys "Pandora's Box" Ultra Magnus, ToyWorld's "BII" Bumblebee, Cubex "Engineer" Huff, X-Transbots "Krank" Huffer and "Stax" Pipes, and the Custom Robots Revoltech figures...

But, as the lull of Chinese New Year fast approaches, I'm finally out of new figures to share. :(
So let's dig into the archives, and take a look at one of the first Transformer toys I ever bought: Takara History Collection Jazz.

Amusingly enough, I actually own the SCF Omega Supreme... but I never even heard of the History Collection. Couldn't even find anything about it on the wiki. Though I did find a set of these for sale on eBay for $80. How do they compare to the SCF figures?

Oh, good. I've been hoping for the chance to contribute to the TF Wiki.
The History Collection figures came on bottlecap-sized bases, and are smaller than the SCF figures; they're also softer PVC plastic, but more accurately proportioned:

They were sold blind-boxed, but could be ordered in cases of twelve to guarantee a complete set.
Spike was the chase figure, although Soundwave was almost as rare (being only one per case).

Remy's got a pretty good comparison gallery at TFKenkon.

The only similar thing I see on the wiki (at least on Jazz's page, admittedly I didn't look at anyone else's) is a one-inch tall Kabaya figure that comes on a "bottlecap" stand, is black-and-white instead of full color, and is one of fourteen figures, not one of six. There's a link to Autobase Aichi that has pictures of the complete set. They are very similar to what you have, but not quite. They look to be the same molding, even. But there's no mention of them being released in color. This definitely needs to be added to the wiki.

Today's challenge comes a couple hours early, but I've gotta go to work:

TomyTec Revenge of the Fallen F-22A Starscream (with holographic pilot!), from Hasegawa models.

Movie 1 version (without the cyberglyphs) also accepted. :D

History Collection is from Takara and they are different mould iirc. Kabaya Bottlecap ones are smaller.

We don't have pics for al History collection figures, I need to fix that.

    Okay people, here's the deal:

For the first few days, I was enjoying showing off my new acquisitions.
As I'm sure you've realized, I'm a huge supporter of the whole third-party scene; the more exposure I can give these products, the more I can hope to expand the market. This game was just another excuse to post my pics and share these marvelous figures...

Then I started wondering just how long I could keep this up. I only have a paltry few hundred figures -- nothing compared to Icy, Da Padre, Hyperoptic et. al. -- and yet, I was still managing to post toys they didn't have. Either that, or the serious collectors have simply stopped checking this thread...

For the last couple days, I've been wondering exactly what the record number of consecutive uncountered challenges is, and how close I may be to setting a new record...

And now, having kept this up for an entire week, I'm starting to feel like a petty jerk playing keep-away with the little kids and not letting them have any fun. I've already hogged the ball far longer than I should have, and I apologize for monopolizing the game in this selfish and insensitive manner. Expect the challenges to be a lot easier from here on out; nothing mundane or repetitive, of course, but at least more common.

For instance, I imagine a lot of you have popular Alternators/Binaltech KOs like Ironhide here (aka A&L Conversion Metals Car Hummer):
