Oh wait, I've got to post another challenge, don't I?

    Here's Movie Masterpiece Ratchet.

I see what you did there...

I was about to find a pic of MPM Optimus, then I realized that you were talking about that Ratchet figure. It's a model kit-esque figure, correct?

Oh, that's right... There IS no Movie Masterpiece Ratchet. :p

Based on TakaraTomy's short-lived "Dual Model Kit" series, this third-party Ratchet is a highly-articulated (but non-transformable) 1:35 scale figure who comes in the package half-naked:

    DMK Ratchet.jpg

Unlike the official DMK line, however, this product has no parts on model sprues, nor does it require any painting. In fact, if you can follow the instruction manual, it takes less than an hour to complete.

And the results are well-worth the effort, if I do say so myself! ;)

So, for the record, our current challenge is Iron Warrior's Dual Model Series IW-01, the awkwardly-named "Gear 07."

I'm disappointed nobody else seems to have DMK Ratchet -- I'd hope it's sold well enough to encourage Iron Warrior to produce more Bayverse characters in the future -- but I suppose most of us prefer Transformers that actually transform.
So here's a common retail figure instead:

Are you kidding? If I had the cash, I would have already bought that Ratchet, as well as the Revoltechs. Unfortunately, being a 14 year old isn't the best time to try and but third party figures. :(  someday...someday...

As for the current challenges, I'm outta luck.

Sorry I missed my challenge re-setting, I was sick - which is actually a rarity. But nobody tagged me either, so shame on you! :)

My first Transformer ever. He's packed away, bit I played him a while back. Let me see if I can find the pic.

Edit: Ah yes, before I had a good cell phone camera.

Okay, next up - TakaraTomy Legends Blurr... with or without the Targetmaster gun (Haywire) that was sold with Doublecross.

How delightfully retro! The sticker on his left shoulder even references the G1 rubsign. :thumbs2:

But what the hell is that creepy white-masked face in the background?
