Sure, for all intents and purposes...

With the nose rotated out for jet mode, there's definitely some space beneath the cockpit... and, in robot mode, even more space in the torso:



He's quite a hollow figure, despite outward appearances (and significant weight)!

Regardless of what FansToys can or cannot engineer, I maintain that Takara's MP Skyfire will have a cargo hold. And I would swear when teke first posted his pics, there was one of Optimus Prime driving down the ramp, but now that pic has been replaced... HMMM....

It's difficult to photograph, but there's enough space in there to park a Lamborghini.

• 1) the door can close with the Lamborghini inside, and
• 2) the Lamborghini is the next challenge (as I do own it AND I'm reasonably positive I know where it is).

• 2) No, 'cause WST Sideswipe was already played by tikgnat.  

Anyway, I briefly entertained the idea of presenting God Ginrai (the combined form of Ginrai and Godbomber) as a separate challenge, but I really don't think it can be considered a separate character -- hell, even Godbomber is little more than armor parts masquerading as an Autobot -- so instead, at the halfway point, I extend my challenge to accept Transformer Legends Ginrai with the Godbomber armor:



Whoops, he fell over again. It's hard to keep him standing long enough to get a decent picture...  



That's better. In fact, that's about the only decent pose he can manage.  

I waited six months for this upgrade, and I'm terribly underwhelmed with the results...  

 

Im guessing you never watched the original Masterforce anime or know anything about Godbomber prior to buying his upgraded toy??

 

I tried, I really did...  

I acquired all the classic Japanese series once they were available with subtitles, and made a concerted effort to watch them all -- after all, anime was my bread and butter back then -- but in the pantheon of Japanese animation, Transformers is the lowest of the low. It gets no respect from the writers, the producers or the directors, and the results are almost unwatchable. I only got about halfway through Headmasters, a third of the way through Victory, and only saw five or six episodes of Masterforce before giving up completely. It's terrible, and it can't even be shoehorned into G1 continuity (since it wasn't originally intended to be)...  

Anyway, here's a quick one before I rush off to work:

Oh because the 80's original was called Nightstick... well that was stupid.
