Picked up Final Battle Jazz and Longarm the tow-truck yesterday at work. Was bored enough to attempt to take some pics with my 2-megapix cell phone camera, so forgive the quality. Longarm first... Just some points to note: His gun is fixed to his right hand, so there's no way to remove it unless you use a screwdriver to unscrew the bolt that attaches it. He cant stand completely straight; and his siren isnt fixed to his roof. The towing hook is sort-of adjustable and can be attached to another deluxe figure. Now for Jazz... Hasbro's paint-job on him didnt look all that great to me, very half-assed and they used a very flat pale blue to indicate the bleeding energon. So I did a bit of a touch-up using a metallic blue instead with some black wash. The instructions show that he's supposed to hold his gun back-to-front (I dont know WHY) but I was able to make him hold it the right way. Yes, even a mega-Jazz fangirl can say his arms suck. Still... Other comparisons with the regular Movie Jazz deluxe: FB Jazz is a lighter shade of grey than the regular one and they've apparently used a metallic silver on his roof (again, I dont know WHY its only on the roof and not the rest of him). His winshield and visor piping are more a green than the pale blue used in the regular. The Autobot symbol on his hip is black, compared to silver on the regular. Still, he can stand reasonably well on Longarm in truck form.
Kinda weird that Longarm's lightbar/siren isn't attached to the roof... Thanks for posting the pics! I'm probably going to pass on both of these, though.
The more I see of Longarm...the more I want him. I'll probably end up with him and Dropkick once they are out.
A little toy-shop that sells mostly Japanese toys like Gundams, Macross and anime merchandise, as well as Transformers, amongst other things. So playing with toys in the store is part of the job, you could say XD

Yay, Omega Knight is back!!! Let's P-A-R-T-Y !!!! On topic: I like Longarm, while FB Jazz is a pass, I don't like battle damage. Can't wait for Dropkick to come out.
Sucks the G1 Jazz isn't getting the new gun, means I might have to get FB jazz just for his weapon. I'll have to see more pics of both before I decide, but otherwise cool stuff.
Re: The Gun Can extend. There's a little part that you can unfold out so that the gun becomes slightly longer than his car-mode. The cresent part can also be flipped up and down. It also comes with a missile that you can attach to it, but it looks more show-accurate without it. Clips to his spoiler when in carmode just like the regular Jazz. Re: my workplace Heaven? Well... I guess. I get good deals though cos the owner is a friend of mine. ... We just got in some pieces of SDCC Alternators Rodimus, too. Yup, us folks here in Singapore can obtain him for less than $100 USD.
