iGear seekers. I love them, but they tend to produce a lot of incoherent nerdrage and long posts of circular arguments whenever the subject comes up.

    Agreed.

Plus, Universe Octane is awesome. Yes, people don't like his design, but I love him, for all the awesome design elements that reminde of a Transformers crossover with....Evangelion? I don't know, some Japanese anime series with awesome robots (though admittedly, Evangelion isn't what I'd necessarily call awesome).

Oh, and add another person to the "I like Universe Prowl and his repaints" camp.

Also, the Energon Scouts were great, barring Doom-lock.

And Armada Perceptor was one of the best Minicon sets ever.

    Universe 1.0 Nemesis Prime.

I think that is one of the best TF ever! and I've recently found out a lot of people apparently don't like it.

    RotF Jetfire.

The toy has a lot of personality. Btw, people hate Mixmaster too? He´s amazing.

Gonna echo an earlier sentiment - RID Landfill. The component pieces are great (though Grimlock's a little odd) and the combined mode has some personality going on.

    Most of the Energon Autobots.

Poseability be damned, those guys were fun. Sometimes you had to go beyond the instructions a little to smooth things out, but the combination gimmick was a blast, with all sorts of possible and great looking pairings.

Didn't have much of an issue with Slugslinger, either.

Universe Galvatron is also one of my favs. That right arm transformation is impressive as hell. I guess it helps that mine generally manages to hold together, though.

Similarly, I don't really have much problem with the Universe Ironhide/Ratchet mold. Could be better, but I find it pretty solid as-is. Also really like the Prowl mold.

You know, I keep going back and forth on that mold. Is it good? I'm tempted to get the TFCC Airrazor that uses it, since it's gone down in price.

DOTM lazerbeak, aside from the alt mode, the robot mode is pretty solid. (And the fact the the mech tech guns are Gatling guns makes it even better)

The Slugslinger mold's an odd one. You might need to do a bit of peg tightening with it, as that was the one major complaint with the original, in that it didn't clip together super solidly in jet mode.

Beyond that, though, I found it pretty cool. The transformation involves this weird "turning inside out" sort of motion that may be initially confusing, but isn't too complex overall.

Other than that, there's nothing really wrong with it. All of the requisite points of articulation are present, only lacking a waist swivel due to the transformation, and wrist swivels since those weren't particularly common at the time.

His "hyper" mode is practically useless, though. The Energon Decepticons had flip-out weaponry in robot or vehicle modes. Slugslinger has you exposed his missile launcher by pulling the two halves of his vehicle mode apart. This results in you unpegging all the parts that prevent the jet from sagging along all its central hinges. So unless you're actively holding it up, it folds like a taco.
