Speaking of Figma, just wanted to share this to anyone who owns a DX Edition Twighlight Princess Link this custom I made for the arrow that the figure comes with.
The type of rope I purchased for this little custom was black and 0.5mm in diameter from saniamanicrafts on Ebay, totally worth the purchase and wait.
Kyubey: If you released your power, you could do more than miracles. Madoka: I'll do it. I want to be... a magical...
You know, these weren't even on my radar before but I saw the Kawasaki military motorbike in person at a few Japanese retail stores and it looks impressive. The realistic weapons are nice too (I believe Rikka has the HK416 while Miyo has the M4). OK, so having cute moe anime girls riding said bike and wielding said weapons help too. I'm not much of a model kit fan but I'm tempted with these since they don't look too complicated or intensive time-wise.
We need more military anime girls. Gunslinger Girl was more of a covert operations story, Survival Game Club and Stella's Women's Academy were about airsoft, and Upotte was......... its thing... If they were able to make Frame Arms Girls to an anime, why not this? Make it a legit war story or a club for real firearms or anything, I just want more of this.
Hi all, just bought my first SHF and Figma figures this week. The Skyward Sword Link. Fantastic figure. Can't stop looking at it or posing it. I threw down preorders on the new Metroid Prime 3 Samus and the SAC Motoko reissue. If anyone that has the Motoko can tell me about her, I'd appreciate it. I only have a few dollars to allocate to this new offshoot of my collection so I have to be selective. Cheers all!.
This figure has not left my mind since it was announced, I think I'll have to give it a try to preordering it when the time comes.
Have they released every Fate character then? I just don't see a reason for that to exist unless they are scraping from the bottom of the barrel with characters left to brin gout.
I don't really know anything about the Fate series, but this Saber figure is Wonder Festival/Good Smile Online Shop exclusive, so I'd expect the choice of design to be niche on purpose.
Don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figma don't get into Figmadon't get into Figma don't get into Figmadon't get into Figma don't get into Figma... Bollocks!
No... sooo many Fate characters I'd rather see than this... but unfortunately the fanboys will buy up any version of Saber and call it a gift (not this one though...).
One can't have too many Sabers...okay, maybe Super Soaker Saber one is one too many but I can see the appeal in it.
I've been looking at little armory accessories and finally realized they are model kits and made by a different company (not Figma/goodsmile?). Are the weapons that come with Figma figures the same but completely built or they also come as kits? Is it some sort of partnership that they come together? Thanks!
Figma accessories are all pre-built. Maybe with the exception of the few that came with ex:Ride bicycles, which were also in kit form.
Thanks! So the little armory branded figmas come with the same little armory weapons you could buy separately except they are put together and painted already? Might go that route for the weapons I want if that's the case. Too little time and lazy to build if I don't need to.
