Sigh. I was fiddling with my ORIGINAl TM Beastwars Megatron...

and he succumbed to Golden Plastic Syndrome...

He is now crumbling on my desk... dying...

Waspinator... that's your job... not Megatron!

In fact he looks like this.

The arms fell off of mine. When I get the frame for my Fresnel lens built he will be entering the 3600 degree focal point. I will post a video of it :D

Just buy the Takara version of this figure! Although, that figure can be fixed very easily. I just got a some what larger screw and wrapped it with tape. Worked fine, fixed and gave it to my nephew.

I broke mine years ago because of the weak plastic. Bought a second one.

Now I keep one in bot mode and the other in beast mode (the broken one, which holds together find in beast but not bot). No need to transform ever again.

Some 2 part epoxy and a larger screw should fix you right up. Thankfully I have not broken a figure since I started collecting....but kitbashing has taught me a few tricks.
Just be careful that the epoxy stays in the right place...else his waist will not move again.

Dunno if this'll help, but get a two-component glue and it'll be as strong as if it came fresh out of the box.
