Did you ever get around to the Botcon Sari head?

I know it's for the original Windblade, but I mentioned the RID mould because it was more stable.

I finally (after what seems like forever and a half) got around to ordering the Smallfoot head in high def black acrylic. It works very well. I just need to figure out how to paint it to match the body.

I also got the wonderful Gobot Pumper head that Quarternion was so kind to model from his Beachcomber head. I can't decide whether to paint this one silver or try for the original toy chrome with some chrome paint I have.

yeah i'm planning on doing it for the RiD mold since I already did maxima for that one. so the ball socket is sized right. i haven't done it yet, no. on my todo list.

Nice. Please post pics when you paint them! Chrome would be super cool for Pumper. What paint is it?

The paint is dupli-color chrome. Got it off Amazon a while ago to chrome a 3rd party bumper for a Goldbug I converted from United Bumblebee. It's great if you use it right and let it cure properly. I suck at painting, even with a spray can, so I've had mixed results from it. I'm going to try it out though. Will probably have to use it on parts of the figure itself, if it works out alright, so the deco is a bit more cohesive.

A couple quick shots of the chrome paint on Pumper. Looks better than I was expecting but probably could be better if done by someone who is better handling paint.

Debating now whether to add chrome to the figure. Looks like the original toy had chrome thighs so I might try that. Not sure if I'll end up liking it though. Would be stuck with it either way.

Having a hard time with Smallfoot since her head is so small. Need to get some more small paint brushes. Will try to post pics when I get something presentable done for her.
