    Transformers; Voices - YouTube

Around 1 minute 44 seconds, we are shown an "Alien Language."
This didn't make it in the film, though?
Was it supposed to be full spoken Cybertronian?

Well, the voice actors are speaking as alien robots called Cybertronians, so...yes.

Regardless, it's a cool video, and I like the alien language they used in the movie. I kinda wished they had one or two Autobots speaking some Cybertronian dialect to harken back to their alien roots.

I wish the voice actors had gotten their own featurette like this in ROTF and in DOTM.

Ha! A little bit of his "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" character in that line.

Watching Peter Cullen speak the last lines of TF1 was really moving. We as the fandom need to step up if ever meeds a liver or kidney or something, he needs to live forever.

^Agreed, he's an awesome Megatron! He looked like he was having so much fun doing that part with the language.

That language sounded great. On one had, it would've been cool to have a spoken Cybertonian language, but on the other hand, I like having the Transformers speak a more electronic sounding language. It makes a lot more sense, and adds to their alien-ness.

See, people, THAT is what the actors are saying in the studio. They are not saying "Driller-bot is thirsty", or "Listen up, people!" or "Oh, I hate you!" or "Remember me?" or "Can't go home!" - they're slurring out nonsense that is then processed to sound gnashy and mechanical.

Some fun and interesting stuff there with the voice actors. I thought it was especially cool to hear a bit of Jess Harnell's voice for Barricade before they processed it to add its robotic-ness.

And of course, Peter Cullen will always be a hero and a legend to me. From 2:19 to the end of the video, when he gave Optimus' first-movie end speech, I seriously almost started to cry in happiness - and I'm not ashamed to say it.

:lol  It's fun trying to put Cybertronian into English lettering.

"Dwah shif vu! AARRGGHHH!" (my attempt at Bonecrusher)

Agreed. At least we got to see Leonard Nimoy saying a few lines (quite thankful for that) and Peter Cullen saying "Let's roll!" (complete with appropriate hand-motion) in the DotM bonus features.

Even just a 1-2 minute featurette. I'd take it. I could watch hours of these guys doing their thing (take that, Chris Rock!).
