With the new Prime line i got the FE Bumblebee back in December when i thought America was getting all FE so i bought him and Starscream at the time. (Didn't get arcee) when i learned the rest of FE got cancelled i was pretty pist off. Anyways now i have RID Optimus, Ratchet, Wheeljack, Cliffjumper, soundwave, and Bumblebee. What i have to say is get RID Bumblebee because the FE doesn't match up with the RID series in terms of scale and for some reason FE looks like its from a whole another series to begin with. So yeah don't bother with FE if you want to collect the Prime figures and only want one toy a character i guess. The FE Starscream works with the RID figures so ill pass on his RID toy.

I wholeheartedly disagree. Stick with FE whenever possible with the exception of Vehicon.

The FE Bumblebee is perfectly fine, and more screen accurate. I've got all three versions of the mold, I think it's pretty good. I like the PRiD version, but the whole "Revealer" gimmick doesn't work too well and you're left with the giant cowl behind Bumblebee's head.

Well since RID is the main line and will have all the characters in that style i want it all to match up while FE is good but i don't want to spend all my money on the FE. I wanted to get all the FE but it would cost to much and take alot of time

While I do have issues with the toy, mostly in the shoulders being stuck angled forward, Prime Bumblebee isn't a bad toy. Both Bumblebee toys have their own strengths and weaknesses over each other.

But both Bumblebees have the common weakness of having a crap-ton of 'em vs. everyone else on the shelves.;)

I still think PRID Bee looks like ass and have no intention of buying that mold.

RiD Bumblebee is okay. In some ways he's better than the First Edition. Mostly in that he's more solid to handle and doesn't have loose/floppy joints everywhere. Also I find that his arms aren't as awkward looking, though they are less accurate.

After I get reprolabels I'll probably just screw it and end up using my FE Bumblebee as my definitive Bumblebee.

I'm fine with my FE 'Bee. He looks really good with PRID Arcee.

Watchoo talkin' 'bout Wheelie? Never, under ANY circumstances, advocate getting the mainline Bee over the FE.

I didn't think I would end up liking PRID Bee as much as I did. I have the FE and I still really ended up liking the PRID version too. I don't know... It's weird. I see photo's and I am like.. meh.. then I see it in my hand and I'm like "cool". So... yeah...

I made the mistake of actually buying that failure.
RID Bumbles almost put me off of buying any more PRIME figures.

No. Just no. FE Bumblebee is far superior to the PRID version and looks fine with the other PRID figures.

The fact that the rims are painted on the FE blows the R.I.D. out of the water. There is little to no comparison.

FE is a better mold. I think the RID one is a better toy. easier to transform back and forth and mess with.

FE Bumblebee > PRID Bumblebee any day, my only issue with the FE is he needs his other arm gun

only way im getting that PRID mold is if I find it for extremely cheap or Hot Shot

I've had the mainline Bumblebee and think the figure is just fine in its own right.

I've got the First Edition on the way, and only because I'm getting it for a pretty good price. We'll see how I feel about it. I bought it thinking it may scale better with the other figures. I could always re-sell it if I don't think it displays well with the group.

Oh dear, oh dear. Rid Bumblebee is one of the worst Transformers ever. My copy came in a wave 3 case. Nobody will take him off my hands, not even the local charity shop:(
