I'm trying to decide which Starscream to purchase. I know I want something that has some degree of accuracy in design and scale, although the latter is a bit tricky due to scale.

I have no problem hunting down a FE, I just can't make up my mind. What do you all think?

FE. That's what I'm gunning for, though the Voyager looks pretty cool.

Both, though RID will be less expensive.

As someone famous once said (although I can't recall who)... why not both?

Without really knowing what it looks like, I'm going with the Voyager. Better face and big pauldrons!

I have the First Edition and it's wonderful. So much character in that toy.

I'll get the Takara Voyager because I want the minicon. Scale-wise, Starscream isn't actually as tall as Megs in Prime though, right?

I'm guessing the first edition is going for insane amounts of cash now?

The First Edition scales better. Also, it's one of the best toys if not the best toy in the entire Prime line so far. The only bad thing about him is his jet kibble.

I say both, but if you intend to only have one Prime Starscream in your collection, go FE.

Yep, and even the jet mode stuff is forgivable because it's pretty much just an occupational hazard. Like, this isn't anything against the voyagers, but I'd still hold the FE Starscream at least a peg above everything else released so far, even Bulkhead & the Vehicon molds.

Since I could care less about scale, the TFP version is looking good to me. Now, if I knew for a fact Hasbro would reissue the FE version later this year. I'll probably get both for sure.

Starscream is too good of a character to pass on.

I would say both but I'm going with the Voyager on this one. A bigger Starscream will help make him look like the commander he is.

I'm going to get Cyberverse, too if it's as good as Activator Animated Starscream.

I'm getting the Cyberverse too, but only for the weapon. It's apparently compatible with FE Starscream to serve as a show accurate weapon.
