Someone said that optimus has a fully articulated head, moving down and up and left and right. but mine is only left and right. I even removed and reattached it, but it didn't work. Can someone evaluate to me how to do this? Thanks!

Push the back of the head until it clicks forward.

I popped it out then pushed it all the way forward.

Yeah, his balljoint socket is weird. It feels like it's pushed in all the way (it's tight, and snaps in place), but it's not. If you don't have it on all the way, then you're essentially restricted to swivel range.

Snap it on harder, and he can look up and down freely.

It seems like this is a common misassembly error of sorts. Prime's head isn't snapped on all the way in the package. Only the first snap, not the second.

Wow, I never knew this until now. I just assumed that it was supposed to be like that, but I guess not. :)

I disassembled the head and put on the piece with the ball joint Socket on first and then screwed it back together, since it was too tight on mine

Wow, glad I read about this. For a while I was kind of disappointed he could only look left to right :D

Ya same here it was driving me nuts he couldn't look up!

Ya'll should be careful though, the neck of the ball joint is starting to show stress now that I did that, I probably should have disassembled it first.

^This. Mine was too tight because of some excess plastic in the socket.
