In movie one for me it was the Autobot introduction and Ironhides transformation to fight brawl

Rotf it was the second scene, Lennox"Alright Ironhide"

Ironhide"he's here....I smell him." Brilliant scene imo

Then in ROTF the scenes when Optimus came out of the plane and transformed "Autobots, I'm in pursuit"-very John Wayne like

Ironhide " punk ass decepticon"- what a line

Also Primes fights in the forest and at the end was epic.

 

You seem to be making the old all or nothing assumption. If someone likes something in the film then they must have loved everything. If they didn't like something in the film then they must have disliked everything.

A long, long, long list of reasons I'll never watch Revenge of the Fallen again, but I still think para-trooper Prime was a really great scene. Had that bit of whimsy that made it really fun scene. The lighting made for a visually cool scene, and the camera work gave the whole scene some of the best action flow in the film.

From the 07 Movie -- Tough decision, as I love the entire film. I'm probably going to have to say it's a tie between the Mission City battle and Blackout's attack on SOCCENT in Qatar.

From ROTF -- Definitely the forest battle scene. IMO, the best scene overall in ROTF.

Yes, totally this. That was one thing that I was impressed with in RotF. After Megatron converses with Starscream and The Fallen, I had to sit back and think for a moment. "Wait a second. Did we just have a Decepticon character-centric scene? Completely computer generated? Decepticons? Speaking to each other? As characters?!?! No humans? No military?! Plot points discussed and characters introduced?! OH MY GOSH!" I was expecting a scene like that with the Autobots, but I never thought that in a million years would I see that for the Decepticons. I think there will/could be a lot of opportunities like this in DotM, with the whole "Megatron licking his wounds in Africa"-thing (just imagine Starscream and Soundwave rendezvousing with Megatron in the jungles of Africa, and tell me that wouldn't be cool!). Plus, with Shockwave coming to Earth and stuff too, hopefully we get some Decepticon interaction. I certainly hope we get some more scenes like this, for both Autobots and Decepticons alike. It's scenes like this that show the audience that these robots are characters, not just set pieces, explosion-makers or VFX show reels. They can hold their own in a scene with no famous actors, and I can still care about what's going on.

For the first movie i always got chill bumps when the autobots came down and when Optimus first talked to sam was awesome. I remember the midnight showing when everyone heard the voice of peter cullin the whole theater stood up and clapped. Great feeling.  

ROTF has to be the forest sceen. I also liked that starscream and megatron interacted more on this film. Brought back the old G1 bickering between them.

 

TF1: I'd have to say the Arrival to Earth scene (including the meeting of the Autobots). The music and the visuals were just so damn powerful. On opening night, the people in the theater cheered when they saw Optimus scan and transform into the truck, but when he spoke, you could have heard a pin hit the floor (the silence was broken when Ratchet said "The boy's pheromone levels suggest he wants to mate with the female").

ROTF: I'd say it's a tie between 1) the scene on the Nemesis with Megatron, The Fallen, and Starscream. The CGI, the dialogue, and the atmosphere of the scene was just great (the line "It's power...it's KNOWLEDGE, can never be destroyed...it can only TRANSFORM..." gave me chills in the theater); and 2) The scene with Jetfire telling the history of The Fallen and the Primes. The interaction between Jetfire himself and the humans was flawless. It really did look like he was standing there (and to top off the attention to detail, his beard scrapes the ground and dust and rocks scuffle around as he speaks).

I liked the bumble bee and construction (forgot his name) fight. The sound of his wipes sounded soocool with surround sound. And then to see Bee end Ravage was icing on the cake for that battle.

 

The Autobots transforming in the alley. The whole arrival scene itself was great, but the transforming part was especially breathtaking for me. Watching it in the theater was an amazing experience. The music, CGI, camera angles, everything worked out perfectly right there. It's my favorite scene out of both movies, and will likely stay my favorite after DOTM comes out.
