    Its funny even if Fortress Maximus was not one of the most expensive transformers, even if he was not the biggest headmaster and had two heads I would still pick him. Mostly because of his attitude in the headmaster series. Total Charm!

    Scorponok, not only is he a headmaster, he's also technically, "in my book" a triple-changer. Plus scorpions are cool! :D 
    That, and I liked Lord Zarak's voice in the cartoon.

    Well Apeface and Snapdraggon can also be called double headmasters since the heads double as the heads of both the robot and the beast.
