It's got to be Skywarp, and it was this artwork & his bio that made me buy him before Starscream & Thundercracker back in 84.
Other, the pale purple and red striped ones that were the Strikeforce in part two. In part one, the Strikeforce 'con had a flamethrower that encircled Wheeljack in Cybertron vehicle format. But for the record, Cyclonus was Skywarp.
Starscream is the best character, and obviously the most developed of them all. Thundercracker is my sentimental favourite though, because I always liked bad guys who had an ambiguous sense of conscience. I really don't care about the coneheads. I might have given them a chance if not for that particular decision to revise their cartoon models to look like SNL characters. They just look stupid. I mean, literally I have a special dislike for Skywarp because I feel that he's hugely overrated. He's a dim-witted jerk, but he gets all the fanboys because of his slick colours and fancy teleportation power. He doesn't deserve your love!!! zmog
Its true that some people think otherwise, but like I said , the evidence points to Bombshell becoming Cyclonus,. No mater who you ask, the evidence tells the same story.
Or more accurately depends on the source. I seem to recall the 86 movie showing who becomes who quite clearly whereas issue 84 of the UK Marvel comic has Cyclonus describing that he was cobbled together from various near dead Decepticons.
Which story was that?? In Target 2006 Cyclonus describes being re-created from 1 singler bot, but seems to have called himself "Life Spark".
