Favourite elderly Transformer?

    A few characters mentioned in this thread didn't even come to mind once for me.

    I based my choice on TFs like: Kup, ROTF Jetfire, DOTM Sentinel, and Alpha Trion. They seem "elderly" to me. That term puts me in the mind of a grandfather type. Though I chose him, I even see Kup as kind of right on the line.

    No version of Ironhide has seemed elderly (though there was the "Immobilizer" G1 episode where he feels like he is). And TF: Prime's Ratchet has never struck me as elderly in the slightest (fussy, maybe :cool:  ). Can't judge TFA's since I haven't seen the show.

    Vector Prime, Alpha Trion, & Yoketron are the bots I would include in the 'elder' category to me that have appeared in both series and books.

    Others are 'more experienced' and not older than forever, which would include Jetfire & Kup.

    I believe Ironhide, Ratchet, even Optimus would be included in the middle aged group, not elderly.

    That pretty much sums up my faves.
