I'm not sure from the first movie; it's a tie between Optimus vs Megatron, You're a soldier, scorponok and soccent attack.

    From ROTF it's the shard.

Yeah, really, there's so many to choose from...

    Transformers (2007) :
-"Arrival to Earth" - Oh gosh, this gives me the chills every time that I watch the movie...or listen to it on my iPod...or even think about... *chills* This score really captures the tone of Transformers. Epic. Just epic. It gets me so JACKED UP! :rock
-"Bumblebee Captured" - This makes me cry... a lot. :cry  Every time that I listen to it, my mother walks by and says, "No! Poor, Bumblebee!". Definitely one of the more emotional pieces.

I also enjoyed the vocal orchestra that sings during the "Decepticons" theme. Spooky.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009):
-"Forest Battle" - Definitely. Includes some of the most intense action of the film, and the most intense music. I get so inspired during the music when Prime goes "I'll take you all on!". I wish that the score was longer though.
-"Precious Cargo" - I really enjoy the first part (like, 45 seconds or so). Dramatic vocalizing, then into the military drum roll-things. [I'm not good with music-y things...]. It's also one of my favourite moments of the film. The nice, slow, wide pan of the fighting; soldiers shooting and running, Sam and Mikaela running from the explosion, Ratchet firing from behind the tank, etc. Both the score and the visuals really help sell the connection between the military and the Autobots.

The whole Egyptian-theme was a nice touch for the score too.

It's a real shame that Jablonsky doesn't get more credit for his work on these films. The scores and themes that he comes up with are spectacular. Now, I'm not saying this just because of my Transformers-bias, but honestly, his scores for these films have been some of the better music that I've heard for films. There are several key thematic cues that he uses in several different pieces of his work, that just make Transformers iconic for me. I believe that it deserved an Academy Award nomination. And I was really hoping that he'd get an Academy Award nomination (or even better, the award) for his work on the first film in 2007. This would go to show that these films deserve more than just the "technical" awards (sound, visual effects, etc.). Music is such a big part of movies these days, and there's a lot of good, classic scores from great films out there, and I think that Jablonsky's work on Transformers deserves to be with John Williams' work for Star Wars, Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones, and John Horner and the stuff they he does.

Now we get to wait for what Jablonsky's gonna' cook up for us for Transformers 3!

    :bay

The score was probably one of the things that really drove the first film for me, it's hard to choose just one.
I'd have to agree though, "Arrival To Earth" and "Scorponok" are at the top of the list.

Frenzy's theme is an interesting one. It's surprisingly slow paced and rather ominous.

Apparently "Frenzy" is when the Nokia-bot was there. I think it mean a frenzy and not actually Frenzy the character.

Actually I think it was used when Frenzy was sneaking around Air force one, so that's probably why it has a somber atmosphere to it.

I don't think "Frenzy" played at all in the background when Frenzy was on Air Force One. To me, it sounded more like the "Decepticons" theme than "Frenzy."

I'll have to watch that scene again to be sure.

Nope, as Shizuka said, the track "Frenzy" underscores the scene in the Hoover Dam, when the AllSpark juice brings a cell phone to life. I've always figured it was called Frenzy either because A) the scene is indeed "frenzied", as Shizuka also stated or B) because that particular cue was maybe composed and recorded for a different scene originally... one that actually involved Frenzy, but was later rescored.

The cue that underscores Frenzy sneaking around Air Force One is an edited version of track 2 on the CD, entitled "Decepticons"... approximately 2 minutes of it. The rest of track 2 underscores Frenzy's escape from Air Force One and rendezvous with Barricade.

Back on topic, it's hard for me to pick just one track from each score as I really enjoy this music a lot... but some of my favorite(s) would be:

    from TF1:

    -Bogey Approaches (Promo)
    -SOCCENT Attack (OST)
    -Scorponok (OST)
    -Are You LadiesMan217? (Promo)
    -Arrival to Earth (OST)
    -Autobots to The Rescue (Promo)
-Speaker Phone / Sector 7 (Promo / OST)
    -Optimus (OST)
    -The Decepticons Mobilize (Promo)
    -Optimus Sword (Promo)
    -Optimus Vs. Megatron (Promo)
    -Optimus Vs. Megatron (OST)

    from ROTF:

-Trouble in Shanghai (The Shard part 2) (OST)
    -The Shard part 1 (OST)
-Something on Your Mind / Escape (Leaked)
    -Forest Battle (OST)
    -The Fallen's Arrival (OST)
-Heed Our Warning (OST, not used in the film though)
-Signs (film version of Einstein's Wrong) (Leaked)
    -Prime (OST)
-We Need an Assist / One Man (Leaked)
    -Matrix of Leadership (OST)

    That must be the case.
It seems rather stupid to call the scone itself "Frenzy" since there's nothing about it that really give off an energetic feel that one would associate with the term "Frenzy".

In the music itself, no, but in the scene it underscores, yes.

On the TF1 Soundtrack, I'm really partial to "The Allspark" and "Optimus" but, as most have mentioned, "Arrival to Earth" is fantastic. I guess those would qualify as my top 3.

For ROTF, I'd say "Infinite White", "Tomb of the Primes", and "Matrix of Leadership" are my top three.

Is this the music from Sam's interrogation scene in the warehouse?

Arrival to Earth by a country, nay, continent mile.

Although NEST from ROTF is great too.
