I don't think this belongs in the TDKR thread because it covers the whole trilogy. If a mod disagrees, please merge or delete.

Ok, just answer the title's question and we'll have some fun.

My favourite character is John Blake, closely followed by Bane.

Bane, not a question for me. Incredibly jacked AND intelligent?! The perfect deadly combination.

Gordon. Perfect casting, perfect writing, and there for all of it. I could watch a movie just about him.

Batman and Gordon tied with Joker a close second.

Gordon. Oldman was perfect casting and looks like he stepped right out of the comics.

I haven't seen TDKR yet so I'll edit once I do but

1 Joker. Heath Leger was prefect as him.

2 Batman. Cristhen Balle (did I spell that right?) actualy seemed like Batman unlike Mikel Keton, Gorge Clouny, extra.

3 Lushis Fox. Casting as him Morgan Freedman was genus .

The Joker. While I do have slight (and only very slight) problems with some of the characterization, the acting in this case makes up for everything.

Ledger did an amazing job. I'm a real sucker for subtleties being played in any character both in the face and the body. The choices that Ledger made with his speech patterns, facial mannerisms, and movements were amazing. It was really something special.

This. Gary Oldman is such an underrated actor. Half the time I have to use IMDB just to be sure that he was in a movie I saw. That is just how versatile he is as an actor. Other than Gordon I'd say that the Joker was my favorite.

    This.

I also really did love Bruce Wayne. A lot of people refer to the character as 2 characters - Bruce Wayne & Batman - but in actuality, Bale was playing 3 characters: Batman, the intelligent subdued version of Bruce Wayne, and the bullshit playboy trouble making version of Bruce Wayne to keep up irresponsible appearances. I always loved the dichotomy of that.

Selina. I was confident Anne Hathaway would do a good job and that Nolan would do something cool with the character, but I wasn't a Catwoman fan prior to TDKR so even I didn't expect to like the her as much as I did. It took me a couple viewings to decide that yeah, I like her even more than Joker.
