Also, since we're counting the Angel spin-off & since we're counting baddies who went good... what about Illyria? You know, the purple one who took over Fred's body & sefl towards the end of Angel, only to leave me crushed without an on screen ending?

Not that voting for the Mayor wasn't a solid answer for me as it is, but you know.

My all time fave Buffy enemies are The Gentlemen though.

But anyway, since I evidently misse dthis thread, I voted the Mayor. He was just a joy to watch.

 

Yeah, I could always identify with his "interest" in Faith.

 

I seem to have missed this last year, too. I voted Glory. I love the mayor, I love Angelus, I like Spike (although he was much better after he kinda switched sides), but none of them hold a candle to Glory. She was so much damn fun.

 

I'm quite disappointed to not see Caleb up there. I loved Nathan Fillion coming over to Buffy after Firefly ended.

 

The Mayor, followed closely by Angelus

 

I guess I'd say Glory, if only because I think season 5 was probably the best, overall most solid season they ever had (followed by 3, and then maybe 2). They did a lot of good stuff after that, but nothing that quite reached the level of season 5.
